In 2009, Dr KC Chan was awarded the highest and his fourth doctorate - Doctor of Letters (DLitt.) & Professor of Wholistic Learning by The Baron of Prestoungrange at University of Oxford, New College exam hall.

Prof Richard Teare announced his decision to recommend Dr KC Chan for the award of  Doctor of Professional Studies from the Global University of Lifelong Learning (GULL).  This was based on his contribution in ©Wholistic Action Learning in both academic & industry knowledge domain.
